Biotin is part of the B-complex vitamins. It supports the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Biotin also helps to support skin and hair health. No added sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Store at room temperature. Directions: As a vitamin supplement, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
