Bee Pollen comes from the pollen that collects on the bodies of bees. The pollen forms into tiny pellets held together by plant nectar and enzymes secreted by the bees. Bee Pollen contains vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids, and protein.
As a dietary supplement, take one to two capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
Bee Pollen, gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.
