    Description

    MEET THE AZOVA SEXUAL HEALTH 9-TEST PANEL. We get it—STI testing can be awkward and embarrassing. That's why we provide the all-inclusive AZOVA Sexual Health 9-Test Panel, allowing you to discreetly test from the comfort and privacy of your home. With a simple finger prick blood test and urine sample, you get a comprehensive analysis of common sexually transmitted infections, empowering you to make informed decisions about your sexual well-being.

    Directions

    Important: You will collect a fingerstick blood sample AND a urine sample. You will collect the blood sample first and the urine sample first thing in the morning on the following day. The urine sample must be from the first part of the urine stream of your first urine of the day.

    BLOOD COLLECTION (DAY 1):

    BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

  • When you wake up, drink 12oz. of water and collect your blood sample 1 hour later.
  • Avoid smoking for 1 full hour before collecting your blood sample.
  • Wash your hands with soap in warm water, and then rub them together.
  • Do some light exercise, like jumping jacks, to increase blood circulation.

    • REGISTER YOUR TEST ID ONLINE AND COLLECT YOUR SAMPLE:

  • Scan the QR code inside your kit and follow the instructions to collect your sample.

    • URINE COLLECTION (NEXT MORNING):

  • Collect a sample from your first urination of the day.
  • Catch the first part of the urine stream.

    • AFTER COLLECTION:

    Ship the blood sample AND the urine sample together in your box. Mail the test box the same day you collected your urine sample using the prepaid label. If you take your test on Sunday, mail it in first thing on Monday.
